The Company shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Received Materials and the Company will be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, edit, abridge, create derivative works from and/or distribute the Received Materials without limitation or restriction. Furthermore, the Company is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Company for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products using such information, without compensation or any other obligations to anyone, including you.

18.MODIFICATION AND PROOFING PROCESS

A.Free proofing & unlimited changes
We would send head proof, body proof, final proof to you for checking, if you do not like the proof, you can tell us the suggestion on the proofs, where need to change, 
we would modify the proof and send the revised to you until you are 100% satisfied with your bobblehead.
 
B.wowcustombobbleheads products are custom made based on your specifications and instructions. The process requires your swift interaction and consistent communication. You are required to answer to our communication within 24 hours in order to achieve a total turnaround time that is advertised on the website. Delays may add additional turnaround time to your order. Modification requests to your 2D simulations or 3D sculptures require on average 2-4 business days and this duration will be added to your total turnaround time.

C.PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMELINES

Q: How long does it take to receive my bobblehead ?
There are several options for the speed of sculpting and shipping during you place a order. It will take at least 10-40 business days to get your bobblehead from the next day you place your order.

①Fastest sculpture will be handmade in 4 business days (no proofing)
②faster providing face proof within 2 business days.

2：Normal sculpture service: providing face and body proof within 4-8 business days.
Shipping Service Option:
VIP shipping-DHL:usually take 3-5 business days
①FEDEX shipping: usually take 5-7 business days
②Standard shipping： usually take 15-20 business days

While we offer unlimited free revisions and a complimentary proofing process, every change will require additional 2-5 business days.


Q: Do you provide proof of the bobblehead?
A: Due to the bobblehead is completely handmade custom product, we can't guarantee 100% similarity to the image you provide.So we will provide proof of the bobblehead, head proof ,body proof,final proof.If you do not like the proof, you can tell us the suggestion on the proofs, where need to change, 
we would modify the proof and send the revised to you until you are 100% satisfied with your bobblehead.


Please reply within 48 hours to approve or disapprove. During this period, we will follow your request to modify the proof, until you confirm to approve.

If you didn't reply within 48 hours, we will default that you have approve the proof and shipped.

1: The proof has approved: That means to you approved with the proof and will not modify to it.

2: The proof approved by default: That means to we default that you accepted the original proof.

* In the above circumstances, if you receiving the bobblehead and complain dissimilar, we will not provide redo and refund services.

Please note
wowcustombobbleheads offers several sculpting and shipping timelines as part of the product order process. Those timelines are ONLY rough estimates and are usually met by the vast majority of orders, however, in some cases longer production and/or shipping durations are needed. wowcustombobbleheads does not guarantee any timeline or duration and production or shipping delays do not entitle you to a refund or any other compensation. The total turnaround for your order consists of the sculpting time plus shipping time plus time required for modifications plus time required by you to answer our communication. We ship our products usually with DHL, FEDEX, UPS or USPS. A signature is required in most cases upon delivery. We are not responsible for delay or/and additional charges due to the provision of a wrong or incomplete shipping address. We are not responsible for import tax and/or import duties you may encounter at the country you request us to ship to (except USA).

wowcustombobbleheads LLC reserves the right to adjust the prices of ongoing orders if the customer's country imposes new or increased tariffs, duties or import fees on products imported from China after the order is placed. Any such adjustment shall reflect the additional costs incurred due to these changes and shall be covered by the receiving party of the goods in full.

19.GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

20.Shipping
All our bobbleheads are carefully and securely packaged for their protection and your 100% satisfaction. For Standard & Expedite shipped products, we use DHL & FedEx as the preferred transportation carriers. We deliver worldwide for a low flat fee.

Please note that all our products are fully insured against any damages that could be caused by the delivery carrier during transit. Simply email us within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide us with the corresponding pictures of the damaged and/or incorrect product(s) and we'll immediately start the approximately 2-week duplication design process. Once the duplication design process is completed, we'll ship the replacement product(s) absolutely FREE of charge.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be.
