  • What’s the size of the bobblehead?

    Bobbleheads come in various sizes, typically ranging from 6.5 to 12 inches. Since each bobblehead is handmade, 
    there may be slight variations in size. If you prefer a larger or smaller bobblehead, 
    simply inform us and we will create a custom size just for you.

  • What kind of payment method do you accept?

    We primarily accept payments through Paypal. However, you also have the option to pay using a credit card, which will be processed within the Paypal interface to finalize the payment.

    If you do not have a Paypal account or prefer to pay with a credit card, you can do so directly through the Paypal payment gateway. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards, and you can select the option to "pay with my credit card" on the Paypal payment page. This method is both easy and secure for your convenience.   • What if I don't like my bobblehead? Do you offer refunds?Damage problem？

    Yes, we offer a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your bobblehead at any point before it is shipped out. 
    A 50% cancellation fee is only applicable to prevent frivolous orders.
     
    Once you have approved and received your bobblehead, refunds are no longer available.
     
    Damage problem: After you have approved and received the bobblehead, if the bobblehead is Damage during shipping. 
    Please contact us within 48 hours, we would refund the payment or make a new one for you.

  • What materials are used?

    Resin handicrafts are mainly made of resin and formed by casting in molds, which can be made into figures and animals.

  • If i order more than 1 doll, and can not upload all the photos through website, what should i do?

  • Can I use my clothing, logos and design on my bobblehead?

    Sure, because the bobbleheads are 100% handmade. 
    We can customize the bobblehead according to the customer's requirements. 
    You can choose the style of your favorite bobblehead on our website. 
    If you don't like the clothes of the bobblehead on the model, 
    we can change the style and color of the doll's clothing according to your requirements.
    If you want to make a bobblehead exactly like your photo, you can choose fully custom head to toe. 
    We will ensure that you can get a 100% satisfactory bobblehead.

  • Can I see the proof before my bobblehead finished?

    Yes! At each stage, we will send you a proof to confirm before completing your custom bobblehead. 
    We will provide a Head proof,Body proof,Final proof.
    During the proofing stages, you can request unlimited changes until you are satisfied with your custom bobblehead.
    Head proof,Our skilled sculptor will create a detailed head that resembles your primary photo and send you the initial proof. 
    You can request changes to features such as the nose, mouth, eyes, hair color, and skin color. 
    Our sculptor will make the changes according to your feedback and send you the proof again until you are happy with it. 
    Once you approve the head proof, we will finalize it and no further changes can be made.
    Body Proof , In this stage, our sculptor will create the body of the bobblehead to match the model 
    you have chosen and send you the proof.
    Once the head and body proofs are approved, we will attach the head to the body to finalize the bobblehead.
    We will then send you the finished proof for your approval before shipping the bobblehead to you.

  • How it works-Order Process

    1. Select Your Preferred Body Style (Choose Body & Pose from Website or Fully Customized)

    2. Provide Order Details and Special Requests for Your Bobblehead

    4. Submit at Least 2 Clear Photos: Front and Side Views (Include Pose or Clothing Photos for Changes)

    5. Free Logo Additions Available (Send Logo to Email)

    6. Proof Confirmation (Custom Bobbleheads Include Free Proofing)

    - Receive Head, Body, and Final Proofs for Approval
    - If Satisfied, Reply with "APPROVED"
    - If Changes Needed, Reply with "Denied" and Provide Details
